    No.
at first i was very su****ious onto why he didnt want blood tests, but then i saw his 2005 interview explaining he felt the blood test he took early onto the Morales fight made him feel weak. Fighting has alot to do with mental strength. Manny is not as educated like most of us Americans where he grew up in a 3rd world country that has many superstitions.

When the philosophical Mayweather Sr said so!

        finally... someone got it right.

can you blame a guy for believing in superstition...
heck, even richy rich chinese business tycoons believe in feng-shui, much
less a guy barely educated, grew in one of the most poorest barrio in
        a third world country..

Not at all. Why would I think that he is on PED because of what Mayweather Sr said? He's just jealous of Manny achievements.

Didnt expect that answer from you bro. Much respect.

As for me, I don't think he is but I can see how some of their actions have been suspect. I honestly believe it's the way Mayweather went about everything. Every couple days there was a statement further insisting that Pac is on something. I think his pride as a man refuses to let himself be bullied by GBP and May. He's sticking with the 24 days, because Mayweathers camp used the footage of Pac giving blood before Hattons fight to further prove that Manny can take blood within 30 days, and claimed that it was 14 days. Also, I have a feeling his taking the fight with Clottey is pretty much like "****k U! I don't need you, you need me!"

That's just how I see it. If anything in it was wrong my bad, but if you're just disagreeing then because you have a different opinion, then save it.

i don't think pac is on PED, the guy is a hard worker and always trying to learn to step up with his ring performance. i think he is just very comfortable at his fighting weight where he does'nt need to drain himself before the fight. if you observe his fights at 135 to 145, he is much stronger because that is his natural fighting weight. the case of JMM who moved up in weight can not be compared with pac's case, JMM natural fighting weight is below 140.

he agreed for the random blood test but not on floyds term. i don't think he refused to be tested just like some people say. floyd got his reason to require random blood test, but is there anyone here who really knows his agenda accurately?

what we share here are just more of opinions that we can agree or disagree.
the more disagreements, the more it gets exciting...

I don't think he is. But he never wanted to fight Floyd in the first place, you could see that in his post fight conference after he fought Cotto.

Do you want to fight Floyd Mayweather? "Talk to my promoters!"

Do you want to fight Floyd? "I'm gonna go on a vacation with my family."

Do you want to fight Floyd? The Mayweather fight is the fight the world wants to see,” Roach said. “It’s going to be the biggest pay-per-view fight of all time. But I think we will fight one fight before that.”

Roach said that Pacquiao’s schedule will be constructed around his political ambitions and the elections in the Philippines on May 10. “But there is a March date for him to fight,” Roach said. “People think I am crazy but I want him to win his eighth title against Yuri Foreman at 154lb. That’s my idea — then fight Mayweather in September. And then retire.”

The way Roach sees it, there will be no further blemishes on Pacquiao’s record by the time he greets retirement, although he does concede that Mayweather will be “the hardest fight of his life”.

Only the blindly Pac nuthuggers will ignored all these excuses.

I bet on Floyd to win the fight as soon as it was anounced.... I do not believe Manny is on PEDs, I believe he is simply a hard worker and he has a set of natural skills that will remain with him as long as he is in shape.
there are many thing that have to be taken into consideration here, Manny grew up on a Filipino diet, for all the filipinos that know the meaning of this, basically he is a healthy dude, you will find this is the case with a lot of foreigners of Asian descent and especially of South east asian descent.
I also believe that Freddy roach has helped Manny develop his skills in a way in wich we have never seen before, by focusing on all his best atributes he has allowed Manny to retain the agresiveness with added acuracy and measure.
Manny is, in my opinion, a special fighter.

                      BTW

I believe the SAME exact thing about Floyd and I believe that Floyd detractors feel he is unproven because of the lack of A few relevant oponents in his resume.
also, he is cautious to a fault, with that said, when my son grows old enought to try boxing, I will ensure that he fights like floyd.
Tuck that chin and roll that shoulder son.
