i mean, you posted stats about castillio landing more on floyd and saying pac is better than castillio did you not? and i said thank you for doing that and explaining why this time you did that...but it doesn't work---going off compubox, castillio landed more, but then again, the way floyd blocks punches, do we really know how many actually land on him? andfloyd won the 1st 4 rounds easily and i believe even rounds 7 and 8---i would have to watch the fight over again to carefully analyze it again---but you're bringing up fights from past, which is what you have to do to break a fighter down, i'll give you that--but you also have to take into account what jmm did to pac if you do this, and i didn't put that in my post to prove anything other than that---you bring up castillio and argue that---and floyd was injured in that fight--remember that---meaning he beat the guy due to ring generalship rather than how many punches he landed--which has happened in many fights---many of the shots castillio landed on floyd really didn't land because of how floyd bocks with his arm and shoulder....and he beat castillio in the rematch--so why don't you post about that? or jmm and pac fighting and floyd being so better than marquez due to the fact that he acutally fought marquez and not just saying he's better--

i mean, did manny ever fight castillio? no--he may have sparred with him--but did he eve fight him? no--so how is he better than him? answer that one---
compare their resumes. who did they win to? who did they lose to? what was their level of opposition? how impressive were their wins and how devastating were their loses? pacquiao gets more credit in every one of those things

btw, floyd didn't win the first 4 rounds neither easily nor closely. he CLEARLY lost the 3rd round. maybe you forgot that, but if you really think that he won that 3rd round, you're analysis of that fight is laughable. blocking punches doesn't earn you point though, and if you don't tag the opponent after making him miss, then you won't win the round. he landed 66 power punches in 12 rounds

BTW, i edited my post, here ya go:

i'll give you one more chance to make a valid argument. you said that manny has NO CHANCE, and manny's the best fighter out there at this time. if the best fighter doesn't have a chance against floyd, do you mind telling me how did a worse fighter than manny outlanded and outpunched a PRIME MAYWEATHER?

it's OK if you think that floyd will beat manny. like i said, I think that floyd will beat him pretty comfortably, but i would NEVER say that pacquiao, the BEST fighter at the moment, has "no chance" like you're claiming. it makes you look like a complete idiot

Personally, I like Pacquiao. I like watching him fight and I like the way he's constantly progressing through the weights, defeating anyone in dominating fashion.

But I can't say that March 13 would be an easy fight for Pac or May. Simply because no one has fought the likes of each other...
unforunately for you, i don't go off of seems like and **** like that--it's my thread, it's a boxing forum, so i will respond to whoever responds to me, including you--sweating bullets? no way--but thanks for your concern kid...and that's okay that you like pac and feel neither one has fought the likes of each other, it's your right--but i'm telling you that i can say, am saying, and will say that floyd will dominate manny pac in the ring when they fight---agree to disagree all you want--floyd has dominated people in all of his weight classes also---and he hasn't lost in the meantime--so unless you're going to breakdown their styles, which i did, and the people on here who are responding to my thread aren't doing, then you can't get anything decent from, me to you---coz this isn't highschool musical kid---it's a boxing forum where people argue, albeit, some people actually make sense with their posts, many others like some of the ones responding to my thread really don't make any sense in connection to the title and the meaning of my thread---don't be another one...

Do you really feel that PBF can compete with that?
        this guy could...

        but Mayweather can't?

in your eyes---and you still haven't proved to me that you can actually argue logically--why? i'm not saying you're no allowed to like pac as a fighter---just tell me why as far as his style goes--meaning--the type of punches he throws, his footwork, timing, upperbody movement--this is what i have done in my threads and posts for a while--why can't you just argue that--you're talking about legacy now and who they fought in the past as far as who will be considered greater and i didn't inniate any of this in my thread--you're going in a whole new direction--why do you keep doing that? focus primarily on my thread--not all itme great status--that's not what this thread is about kid...mn--i'm trying to guid you--but you're a tough one boy...

if you're so dumb that you underrate manny and insinuate that floyd wins have been easy, i'm gonna bring the ones that haven't been easy

btw, scores are opinions indeed, but what's your excuse for the punch stats? let me post them again kid:

            Castillo Mayweather

            203 Landed 157
            506 Thrown 448

            40% Percentage 35%

            Power Punching Stats:

            Castillo Mayweather

            173 Landed 66
            377 Thrown 151

            46% Percentage 44%

what do you make of that? castillo outlanded floyd by 46 total punches, and by 107 power punches. not only that, he also had a better connect percentage than floyd in both punch categories

castillo could make that to floyd, so how is manny an easy fight for floyd?

since you want to throw out numbers

Marquez (who is the same size as Manny) outboxed & outlanded The New and Improved Pacquiao LAST YEAR 2008....Manny's speed and aggression was nullified by Marquez’s superiority in power punches as he went 122 of 339 (36 percent) to Pacquiao’s 100 of 231 (43 percent). Overall, Marquez held the slight edge with his 158 of 547 (29 percent) output as opposed to Pacquiao’s 148 of 639 (23 percent)......The knock down was the difference...but its funny that a stationary, flat footed Marquez was able to hit Manny easily throughout their 2nd fight leads me to believe that Mayweather will have similar success...if not better!

and we all know the punch stats for Marquez-Mayweather
Mayweather had an astonishing edge in punch stats, landing 290 of his 493 blows (59 percent) while allowing just 12 percent of Marquez’s 583 punches to land. Mayweather landed more jabs in each round than Marquez landed total punches, and just 16 percent of Marquez’s power shots even got to Mayweather.

oh and BTW the first Castillo fight was literally almost 8 years ago...its not even the same Mayweather.......

using a comparison from the Mayweather from 8 years ago then why dont u compare the Mayweather NOW to the Manny who fought Agapito Sanchez to a draw?

a top 5 atg fighter? man--talk about bold statement---but to answer your question--if i didn't think flod could compete with that--i wouldn't have made this thread--the real question is---can manny compete with floyd---yes he can---in a losing effort via stoppage in a dominating performace by floyd mayweathe--one of his easiest fights---

guide through what? sayign that the #1 p4p fighter has "no chance" in a fight? that alone proves that you're just an ignorant ****

any guy in shape, with skills, and with 2 arms has a chance. castillo proved that when he outlanded floyd by 107 punches

Meaning of the title? "Manny stands no chance"? Come on dude, how can you not expect people to go against you?

Your like a ridiculously devoted missionary on a land filled with atheists and common reason

It's ok, Mr. Grumpy. Everyone's entitled. No need to get defensive...

yeah, i think that marquez won that rematch, so?

you're trying to compare a 22 punch difference with a 107 punch difference? the numbers don't favor you, unless you actually try to compare the SFW version of marquez with the WW version of marquez (you just did), which makes your whole argument null

last but not least, i have said THREE TIMES that i think that floyd will win a comfortable decision against manny. that's not my argument here, my argument is that this guy here is saying that manny has "cero chance" against mayweather, which is completely idiotic, especially when you consider that pacquiao is much, much better in every way than a guy that gave all kinds of problems to a prime floyd

man you brought up a fight from 8 years ago...i mentioned a fight from LAST YEAR!!!

and you are the one who is trying to compare the lightweight Mayweather to the WW/JMW Mayweather so YOUR argument is the one that is NULL......
