That is a fine list of choices and some others deserving of consideration have been mentioned but if this was ever a catagory that was up for grabs, they would have to name it the "Bobby Chacon Award".

        hmm

Jones? How so? Other than losing to Tarver and Johnson, he's never really faced opposition in the ring...I'm confused, help clear it up for me Anorak
Wow...you must be new to the whole "boxing" thing. Jones was 35 and past his prime when he fought those guys. Jones has beaten numerous fighters as good and better than those two. You need a history refresher course.

i think danny williams deserves a mention on the evidence of his fight with klitchko, not many guys would have kept getting up after a beating like that

don't mind her, she's an avid jones hater. lol

but i agree with her that jones had never faced opposition just cuz he was too good. people couldn't figure him out and even when they did they still had to get past his god given physical abilities...alas age and a boxing technique that was only good for his former super middleweight self caught up to him...

Sorry, as this was essentially a poll I thought I'd just post silly piss-takes as my answers for ****s and giggles... I really voted for Gatti.

What about Glen Johnson? <--- and that one's serious.

Erik Morales, hes always been in tough fights against top opposition, He hurts his hands you dont see it, he dont say anything he dont make faces, he keeps ****ing away. He is loosing the the first half of the fight he comes back to rally and change the rythm of the fight in his favor. He adjusts and he keeps going and he fires back when he gets tagged good. Thats heart.

Vargas, Pacquiao, Ward, are honorable mentions.

I'm not exactly new, and I was merely making a point with Anorak. What I meant was that he never was ever in any real trouble while in the ring til those two..so why list him as having lots of heart. Dont know why you have such trouble with all my posts..but dont much care either.
