      I said Gatti only b/c Ward's retired.

Remember, it's not Thunder you hear, it's heart.

Johnny Tapia. Just look at him, his fights, his career past, his ring wars, his personal life. No comparison, everyone else does not stack up. Superman who survived bus wrecks, his mother's slaying, etc. Has the balls to invite Archuleta out for tequila after beating him in the rematch....which I might add. He had to go out on a limb to do so, after being hit hard in the early rounds.

Proves skeptics wrong time after time, and keeps coming back from a point when he should have retired.

I would have to say Wayne McCullough.

I voted Ward even though he's retired - give the guy something to hang his hat on!

You did not put Evander Holyfield on the list, I would have voted for him because everybody thought his career was over because he had a hole in his heart and was loosing fights to Moore and Bowe and he had a short retirement but then he came back and beat Mike Tyson and won the heavyweight championship again.

Tyson or Roy Jones. Maybe Vitali.
