De Los Santos hasn’t fought in 18 months and his last fight was a loss.

That is a clear duck to reject a title fight and your biggest payday

I'm sure Martin was contacted, but wanted significantly more money than what EDLS was asking for. Last time Frank rejected the $1 million TR offered him for the Shakur fight. De Los Santos accepted the fight for mere $250K. I learned that amount ($250K) from Jamel Herring on a YT video when asked about it.

Don't think it be right if Santos jumped to a title shot at 135 right now. Perhaps someone like Artem Harutyunyan to see where he is at the moment in the undercard of Davis vs Roach 2.

thanks for the clarity on the De Santo's time out of the ring ............something like that changes how people will digest this article on a fight being called off...........and i learned a while back that nothing is a done deal until both fighters are inside the ring and throwing punches i have seen a fighter walk out of the ring "after' the first bell rang.

Abdullaev is fighting Muratalla in May. The winner should be on the list for Keyshawn's next opponent.

I'm not sure if Noakes is ready either. I suspect Queensberry will move him carefully. I think Padley blew up their plans after he beat Chamberlain.

He however has a legitimate reason for being inactive for a year and a half. He is also at a considerable disadvantage.

He is saying there that he will give the news in a few hours and then that the fight is on where he says :"Va la pelea"

I don't think the McDonalds the offered was enough.

                225k is a low ball.

He wanted to get paid commensurate with the beatdown that Keyshawn was going to put on him.

One would definitely think Andy Cruz would happily volunteer if Keyshawn is looking for a dance partner...
