Again you’re purposely not addressing the point I made in the initial post.

It was different with GGG because he was also undefeated, which I believe I indicated in my first response to you.

I also stated, which you also ignored, is bumlovkin was applied just to him, not every Eastern European boxer.

Sorry but there is no way Leonard, Roy, Floyd, Tank, Spence and Crawford etc all never fought anyone just because they were undefeated late in their careers.

people like to see undefeated HYPED up guys lose!!! its just the way things are, ggg got it as well loma they made excuses it was his 2nd pro fight he got cheated against he actually won the fight etc then loma went on a great run and got hyped again and same thing happened ward gets crap as well because of his preceived judges calls he got and people call him superb all the time if u hang on to your 0 you are going to get some flack somewhere no matter what UNLESS to beat everyone when they are prime no ducking or dodging, floyd gets crap because people think he was very careful in his timing of his fights and he was at times!!! he retired from a hot divison and NOONE could understand why at the time there was no reason for it just didnt like the guys in it!! LOL thats how boxing is and wilder is self explanatory lol and so is tank!!!!

We’ve seen this before with high profile boxers like him that keep winning, regardless of their out of ring behavior.

Those of you old enough should remember that going into the Duran fight there were plenty of comments about SRL, who I am not a fan of, not having fought anyone.

Everyone sees the comments directed at Roy and Floyd. Now it’s Tank. While it is more reasonable in the case of Tank, it is nonetheless a very repetitive and disturbing pattern.
Comparing a 1980 Ray Leonard to Tank is very wild considering he'd already beaten multiple ranked opponents by then including an undefeated ATG in Wilfred Benitez so to say he fought "no one" at that time is factually and objectively incorrect unlike Tank who has actually fought not a single Top 5 ranked fighter in his entire career let alone an ATG of any kind.

The difference between Ray Leonard, Roy Jones, Floyd and Tank is 3 of them fought and beat #1 ranked fighter after #1 ranked fighter, and HOF'er after HOF'er, and dominated divisions beating the actual #1 ranked champions in them and if they had close fights they immediately rematched them whereas Tank does the literal opposite of that and then actually has the audacity to claim he's had a great career.

Tank is in no way anything like those three fighters you listed. You can't compare them in any way.

Gervonta isn’t as great as Alvarez who’s in the lower bound of greatness let alone near Floyd or Sugar Leonard

Tank is not in the same stratosphere as Canelo Alvarez, let alone those three.

Tank is not even greater than Stevie Johnson, Joel Casamayor, Jose Luis Castillo and Diego Corrales the 130-135 crop from 20 years ago.

its a no brainer why people might want to see TANK lose hes a little ducking twerp who refuses to fight the top guys for his entire career while calling himself better than legends of hte game !!!! LOL MADNESS and his fans on twitter callinghim the best fighter in the world etc listen loma got the same hype but he was the best amateur ever so he was alwaqys going to get hype!!! but loma foght the hard fight won a lot lost some so that is better than not trying at all!!!

u can see this in other sports eg nfl people used to love see the patriots lose when they were going great guns same with chiefs its the same thing its not just a boxing thing!!!! its takes them down a peg as they are seen as arrogent their fans annoying etc etc but these teams have to play the BEST to win as well so boxers have more targets expecially if u are seen to be avoiding someone !!!

Not dissimlar to people who dislike Conor Benn.

Tank's resume is better than Benn's but people dislike Benn for the same reason mostly, because he's beaten no one but acts like he's some accomplished fighter. I guess also the PED stuff.

Either way, has nothing to do with race.

If Tank had fought Haney, prime Loma, Shakur, Teofimo, etc no one would justifiably having anything negative to say.

But instead he's beaten who? Pedraza....

Yea Dan that is the point. It’s absurd. Yet it’s the same thing over and over just because they haven’t lost to that point.
