Tyson Fury has proclaimed Moses "the next big thing" or "the future champion"

Don’t forget that he was saying that about Jared Anderson for years before . That didn’t work out too well

He is going to be a big star. The next Audley Harrison in the making.

I've been saying for over a year that he is the real deal. Fastest hands on a HW since Michael Dokes &, so far as I'm aware, the kid doesn't drink heavily or take Coke.

'It's hard to call Moses still a prospect , he seems that good but there's a way to go and lots to learn .Difficult to match this guy'

ery wise words. I've seen people saying you should put him in with Agit Kabayel or Zhelei Zhang. That is a bit silly when he's only had 9 pro fights & didn't have much amateur experience. I'd like to see him be old fashioned & win the British, Commonwealth & European titles. I know he is in a hurry but his management shouldn't be in a hurry. I agree with him that he needs to fight frequently. They should try to get Moses out 6 times this year if possible for a World title challenge in early 2026.

Good article. Illustrates Itauma's natural talent at such a young age. Is a fighter who fans can get excited about when he fights. Expecting big things from the young guy.

Just thinking, 'once in a generation talent'. What do we mean by that? To me, from the UK, I saw Prince Naseem & I knew he was special & I think this kid will be. Not sure if I caught anyone in the intervening generation. Tyson Fury could be good but not THAT good. Looking outside the UK, I saw a few 'once in a generation talent' guys. SRL, Pernell, Mayweather, RJJ, Pacquaio. Don't get me wrong, I'm not slagging today's fighters but there is one 'once in a generation talent' which is Terrence Crawford. Outside of Terrence, IDK, I like & admire Bivol & Beterbiev but I wouldn't call them that, in truth this generation doesn't seem to have any 'once in a generation talent'. Which is sad.

By definition, there can only be one. So maybe you have to choose between SRL and Pernell and between Pacquiao and Floyd? You know, because of that pesky 'once' qualifier. I'd choose SRL and Floyd to represent their respective generations.

For sure he's a talent. I want to see him against someone that can test him

I'm sure all of us remember how Hrgovic constantly talked about whooping Dubois in sparring and saying he was going to destroy Daniel when they got in the ring. Look how that turned out. It was the exact opposite. Hrgovic shat the bed.

Did he have a good trainer when young that allowed him to do so well in sparring? Moses not done Jack in the pros yet. But the talents there.
