It might be the end of Spence's career, I hope he finds peace in retirement, although he will probably try to get back for one more time is running against him might be time to hang them up for good.

Spence could always move up and get beaten by Erislandy Lara. Who will get him the best final paycheck?

I'm guessing they're consistent with that date so they have an excuse to fight a bum. Like who tf are those names mentioned?

I say it all the time not everyone is Floyd or Crawford, (Lara) and can fight and still be slick n sharp til they're 40. That is rare once or twice in a generation type of talent. Spence is 35 years old. That's older than most.. Bradley, Ward, Porter, RJJ all basically come forward boxers like Spence and all retired or were washed by 35..

Given all Spence has been through physically, then throw the fact that he doesn't have a true trainer at this juncture in his career all signs point to retirement being the best thing for him..No need to get sparked like RJJ, The assault he took from Bud was enough..

At the end of the day Spence was fighting at 147lbs all those years for a reason, and not a good one. He can't handle solid skillful 154lbers. Spence couldn't beat Madrimov rn an he's not a big 154lber..

Surprise, surprise. I think most of us saw that coming a mile off. I think my last few posts on the subject called Spence "de-facto retired". If 18 months after a terrible beating you are overweight, not in the gym, don't have a trainer, there is only one outcome and it looks like he is coming to that realization now. Good luck to Spence. He has had a great career. Time to hang them up.

Spence and Uncle Al are just wasting everyone’s time
The only successful fight financially would of been the rematch with Bud

Kind of ironic now how the best come back fight for Spence right now would actually be non other then Keith Thurman at 154lbs, but he's been on a milk carton for years too, technically retired and Spence said he'd never fight him lol

Crazy too think back which doesn't seem all too long ago one min these dudes were sitting down at the table on Showtime live at the top of their game talking trash and now we're here.. SMH

ESJ seems done in the sport man. Poor guy never was the same after such brutal accident only for then to get his ass handed to him with relatively ease. He can't be right physically or mentally after that.
Would love to watch the guy bounce and get in back the mix but boy its looking tough.
