First off it has been a desert of nothingness as far as fights on the tube in the ring type of thing so a card is welcome right now, i am so tiered of seeing "what if " articles hype jobs on fighters i could care less about bc they are finished already and they found a blind spot on the net to shove an article into place. yea ESPN put up a few fights guy............. And i hope it gets interesting inside the ropes cuss it usually does with a Monster in there...............

Sasaki padding his record some more. He is ridiculously overrated. One world class opponent on his record, and he got stopped. Even BoxRec has him ranked #3 in the world. Absurd.

BoxRec algorithm being a total WTF isn't exactly surprising news.

He definitely ain't the third best welterweight for sure obviously and while I certainly don't consider him a future 147 star and worldbeater or anything either, at the same time he's atleast young enough to hope for a better future than the other generic regional guys. And frankly, right now its not like there is that many guys screaming of being absolutely better for sure and deserving a world title shot well ahead him...its more of a sign of how bare barren 147 is overall if anything.

Looking at the current crop of beltholders and the high ranking contenders, most of them are similar level with a regional guy or two being their best win on resume. If the likes of Santillan and Karen deserve to challenge for a world title (twice in the case of Karen), I don't see why Sasaki can't be allowed to challenge for one too. He's got good power for a hope of a lucky punch ending it if all goes well, and if not it will be a fun action until he's stopped at the least.

I think, they put this on to make the main sacrifice look better. Poor Korean has no chance. Maybe the monster is slipping and they have to put him on a low salt diet.

Is this confirmation that ESPN+ is only showing 2 fights?
