I was just waiting for this to happen. Goodman doesn't want to know, that's pretty obvious. Just have Shimomachi step in to save the show, then move on to Akhmadaliev. No one any better than Shimomachi is going to fight Inoue on two weeks notice.

Ohashi is apparently gonna make the announcememt in the next few hours about who the replacement is, but Ring article rumors says its friggin Ye Joon Kim. Eff me, blegh.

Goodman should've just canned it completely last month and get surgery then, and that way Inoue/Ohashi could've gotten someone better for 1/24 because its definitely easier to schedule one with 6 weeks to go that is for sure fighting Inoue, as opposed to finding someone willing to standby for a possible reserver with less money against a crappy opponent.

I agree. Let’s get Akhmadaliev and stop stalling.

And its official, Ye Joon Kim.

Not surprised given the lack of time that was available left. I'm so pissed at Goodman right now I'm effin going to hibernate until February after I go eat an expensive meal somewhere with lots of alcohol.

Why would Eddie do that? He doesn’t promote either fighter or the late replacement.
