The fact Loma lost against Haney who was handled by Garcia shows how far he slipped. I think Loma was overhyped to begin with. Davis knocks him out, I would guarantee it.

Pretty simplistic assessment. Loma is a natural featherweight-super featherweight. Ryan Garcia will probably enter the ring as a full-blown MW for his next fight. If Tank Davis or his handlers were so confident of beating Loma, they would have made that fight 3 years ago.
