He was the one that wanted an unification, but wasn't willing to add on extra incentive when Norman countered the offer. It isn't like Norman was asking for an extra 10 million, he wanted another 500k for the cost of selling his belt which isn't a crazy insane offer given the situation.
He complains about being ducked, and yet apparently he doesn't want a Teo fight that was offered...which is certainly not an unification, but still would've been the best name on his resume.
Obviously you get credits for winning, but you also get more credit in losing against a good name than not fighting a good name at all. Stay busy fights are just that, but a stay busy is better than no fight.
