Then, how does anybody ever get suspended for PEDs if we have to prove they knowingly took it?

Fact is, he said The Haneys drugged him, then he said Victor Conte drugged him, then he blamed the supplement company, who threatened to sue him because their batches were clean, then he said one of his team members drugged him.

He'd be taken apart on the stand by any competent lawyer.

Ain't hard if you really want to know

But I guess falling on the word "If" is the answer
Do we know what the drug testing was for all of those fights?

Maybe the victims were roid users.

          Millions of fights
          100 of 1000s fighters tested
          Not one sited for murder.

          Explain that
(Try not to use words like maybe or perhaps)
100s of 1000s tested , can you quote some real numbers from somewhere I dont think those numbers are anywhere near accurate, and they need to be to mean something, and its from the 1970s till now as thats when testing started, which leaves out 200 yrs of boxing, but the main part left out is the first steroids' were made in 1936 which means 35 yrs of boxing were not tested when for all we know all could have been on it.

The bottom line is there is not enough accurate data to present anything, its amazes me that the effects of PEDS is thrown out based on numbers that are just empty, you cannot define anything from these mythical numbers, basically your connecting some obscure dots that are not there.

There are at least 2 links
I'm sure, if a roid hater is inclined, they can find more.

            Or

Keep raging against them for no provable IN FIGHT reason

"Those links aren't good enough ."

Sometimes the truth is more important than winning the debate, your links leave out so much, its like a poll with 2% of the total polled, and Im a believer Peds enhance performance and that must mean they have more potential to do damage which is why that have mounted legal action, they could give the judge youre argument and links and just throw it out, some how I dont think thats going to fly, the court case will be interesting in how it goes.

And yes, Apollo Creed's family should've sued Ivan Drago, if they could prove he was doping. That's not weakness, that's common sense in a sport where people's lives are at stake, genius.
Yeah Rocky IV should have ended with Rocky celebrating in a courtroom while Drago gets put in handcuffs.

A fighter suing another fighter for battery in a pro fight is weak AF and you know it.

Gonna be interesting if only because both Haney and Ryan are heels with plenty of personality, and it's potential to have a big impact on the sport.

If they have to prove intent, that's a tough one, because there's lots of possible places to create reasonable doubt. Then again, crazy Ryan's big mouth might screw him regardless.

I sympathize a lot more with Haney, but it still seems like a weak move, if only because I don't want to see tons of big fights end up embroiled in legal BS every time someone loses, and that would also tend to disenfranchise the boxers who aren't wealthy enough to afford top attorneys. Boxing apocryphally, was supposed to be a way for men to settle things outside of a court with their fists, so it feels viscerally wrong to have it end up in a court like this. Regardless, I hope justice is done, whatever that looks like.
