            I personally wouldn't mind if Boots unified at 147. But I highly doubt that happens, and not because he's being ducked. He actually wants legacy, then pony up the extra cash to make the fights. I remember when Lomachenko offered to pay Walters extra out of his own purse if Walters could win, and voluntarily took a pay cut vs Lopez to make that fight. You don't see Boots making those offers. What you get instead is Bozy saying "no, we don't actually want to fight you right now. What, you thought we were serious?".
