He needs to fight the only guy who beat Munoz before him, Jermaine Franklin (23-2, 15 KOs), a veteran in his physical prime who only lost twice against elite fighters like Dillian Whyte and Anthony Joshua, both by decision.
Depends on your definition of elite, but IMO anyone who is/was solidly in the world ranked level contender/gatekeeper is fine to define as elite, especially considering by comparison to those being fought right now.

I've never been a fan of the father/son duo in the corner. Ryan Garcia improved on some things with Reynoso but I think Lopez will be more dedicated. Time will tell. Lopez has always been the better fighter out of those two.
Teo is back on the Top Rank train? Seems to be praising them a bit and eating a little crow. A couple months ago, it sounded like he was on his way out.
