Joshua is a garbage fighter period.
Evander Holyfield was 41 years old and 2-2-2 in his last 6 fights you moron You are going to say that was a good win, are you? I'd be careful with your answer knowing your history of calling other fighters shot.

Toney never looked any good in the higher weight divisions let alone at HW where he was fat and totally immobile.
HW Toney was kind of reminiscent of Kevin Johnson just stood static, no work rate, just eating shots, failing miserably at doing a shoulder roll.
His whole style at HW was him just waiting and hoping you threw a right hand slow enough for him to eventually roll it and come back with his own.

We have people, albeit thankfully very seldom, in this thread saying Toney would "school" AJ when Toney didn't "school" a single top level fighter in his entire career.
Can't beat the likes of Sam Peter on two attempts or a finished Hasim Rahman and yet is somehow magically going to school and knock out AJ. Comical.
This is the same guy who was easily beaten by unranked journeyman in his prime multiple times. People aren't even aware these things even happened and when its brought to their attention then just ignore it or make every excuse under the sun for it.

I somehow forgot how awful Sam Peter was but yeah that is HW Toney.
I don't know what it is about Toney though but he always seems to get really, horribly overrated in every sense. Its almost like people see his highlight reels (mostly against Barkley) and they really overrate everything about him, his defence especially and its like people talk of him like he was still the MW version when he moved through the weights, which really was not the case at all. Very good fighter just not at the higher weights and for me he certainly didn't have close to the best defence ever like I've seen many people claim (I think his chin is far more impressive than his defence - He got hit a heap in every fight). Even his skills are rather overrated for me, he was actually a pretty limited fighter.
Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

Will say, even the "Middleweight version" which is ironically the version his fans say is the "peak Toney" is the same Toney who drew with Sanderline Williams, lost to Dave Tiberi, arguably lost to Merqui Sosa, was very lucky to get a decision over Reggie Johnson after getting dropped and totally schooled for the first 5 rounds to an almost embarrassing level and totally dominated by Micheal Nunn for 10 rounds before pulling out a KO essentially out of no where.
