I think Ramirez is right but he isn't the one to beat Inoue. Not that he doesn't have the talent, I think he doesn't mind losing. He has an amateur attitude, like he has a shot at every tournament, there's always a next time. After all, he made Shakur cry, that's worth a few extra spodulits.

Nick Ball is shorter with a shorter reach than Inoue. Angelo Leo is half an inch taller with a 1.5 inch reach advantage. Espinoza and Figueroa have significant size advantages over all three of them, but Inoue isn't too small to compete at 126. 130 may be a bridge too far but I don't see anybody at 126 beating him. He's stopped everyone he's faced at 118 and 122 (even though Donaire survived the first fight).

its boxing and people get hit with punches, pantera is a great fighter but he got absolutely violated after that knockdown. robeisy gets hit with more punches than inoue, i dont see robeisy having anything to concern inoue

I don’t see anything wrong with what Ramirez said regarding Inoue. He was respectful and realistic in everything he said. I think we have to see what Robeisy does in the rematch with Espinoza before we can assess whether he’s the guy to make Naoya “look small.” This weekend will mean a lot to two fighters, and to the division as a whole.
