Again this is the inferiority complex (not you personally Mr Road-blizzy) that I am talking about. Boots clearly won both fights with ease and some people (the usual suspects) are calling him a bust. Virgil got dropped and clearly lost and no bad press? This is the same as Floyd PPVweather getting punched about 3 times during the enitre 1st fight with Maidana and people saying Floyd lost. Ludicrous mane!!!

The problem is his opposition level that’s why he’s not improving. These boots articles always mention the top guys of the division rather than who he’s actually faced. He can only be as good as guys he’s fought. He’s looking like a hype job

The real issue is your getting butthurt by fan comments not liking your guy, all the fighters in this mix are real good fighters , its boxing, struggling with a guy doesn't mean anything in the big picture, all the greats struggle with somebody, often because of style or not getting up for it, fans are too busy trying to be a fan of their guy instead of being a fan of boxing and trying to rate the fighters without being consumed with my favourite bias.

I feel Boots needs to step into the water at 154 because there is a number of quality opponents that can make him or break him.

And I feel Bohachuk would stop Karan in the late rounds, and it is a much tougher fight, Virgil did well against a very tough guy, Boots vs Virgil would be a real good fight I hope they make it.

Your career is regressing on Dazn. In DC we refer to this as "hustling backwards". No one was talking about the Boot's fight before Nov 9th and now all they're talking about is how bad you look. Your bum azz promoter isn't even defending your performance because he's to busy trying to convince you to move to 154 to save his fledgling company. Get over to PBC Jaron. Give Al a call Ak!
how many were on his PBC headline cards? Were there any? Does he want one fight a year like Danny G, Lara, Spence?

Haven't you been watching boxing for 50 years? What does your eye test tell you? Mine told me Inoue, Bam, Ennis, Canelo, Golovkin would be 'great' before they were great. Now, an eye test isn't infallible - between the cup and the lip there's many a spill - but the eye test is a thing. And I guarantee Breadman's eye test is less fallible than yours or mine.

Disclaimer: Not even close to being a Boots fan because I rep Terence Crawford, but I absolutely rate & respect him.

                We got spolied.

Somewhere along the line, we got spolied to the point that we now expect all pro fighters to be Walker Smith Jr every single time they fight & if not? Well, bro must be a bum or a hype job or somehow unfit to be admired for his fearlessness/bravery in FIGHTING SO WE CAN WATCH HIM RISK HIS LIFE.

I understand fully that most of the enthusiasm-turned-despair comes from a place of ga mb ling, but from a purely sporting point of view it seems that as an audience we really do expect Colosseum level entertainment when... it's just boxing *shrug*.

I almost agree and yes, I have been watching boxing for at least 55 years. Eye test tells you there is potential greatness but what you fail to mention is that both of us saw another 20 to 30 prospects who looked great but never passed the test of fire, when matched with quality fighters who would not submit easily.

Yes, I could see greatness in all of those fighters you mention long before they were great, but there were many others who failed and were forgotten quickly. I do not worship Breadman because I think he is a bit too much in love with Boots to be objective probably because it is personal for him. I think he feels he discovered him and is invested in his success.

In terms of people who looked good on the eye test but failed to be great in the long run you can just look at Anthony Joshua. A few years ago he looked like an unbeatable heavyweight king. But unfortunately, a few tough match ups later, the eye ball test turns out to ssshhiiittt. The all conquering hero has been found to have a lot of *****s in his armor.

All I am saying about Boots - we don't know yet, as he has not been tested. He looks good, he might be good or he might fail.

If I'm not mistaken you're a Brit, royt?
So when you say you "rep" Crawford, does that mean you get paid to represent him promotionally in some way? (That's what it usually means over here in the USA)
Just trying to understand your use of the English language.

                      LOL
Actually (and you probably know this), Saudi and the Tehran regime are enemies. His Most Excellent Excellency Turkey would never put on a show in Tehran. He's all about promoting the Sunni Saudi regime, not the Ayatollah's brutal authoritarian S*h*i*i*t*e thugocracy.
