Boots is a physically gifted and talented fighter. He isn't a great fighter. Yet. He has the tools to do great things, but he hasn't put it all together.
I won't give him too much crap about last night. Karen had been in the ring with him and he fought well. Ennis was plainly overreaching trying to get the KO. Boots was obviously brought up incredibly slow and his team and trainers know his weaknesses and his strengths. You don't get to 27 having fought no one with that kind of physical advantage unless you are being protected. He isn't a great boxer, he is just physically a hard challenge.
He can make adjustments and get better. Right now he gets beaten and possibly stopped by an A level guy.Last edited by Theshotyoudontsee; 11-10-2024, 08:13 PM.

Wow. Dudes run n everyone hates say they soft. Boots doesn’t mind getting tagged, n both him and his opponent make a fun fight. Fun besides the grabbing that causes what I hate the most, when ref gets involved every 10 seconds. Of course I see boots can sharpen his defense but I don’t mind a fight with him showing he can take the other guy’s punches n it was fun to watch. Not the best fight but as soon as he listens to these comments and turns into shakur u all gonna bash on him for the opposite reasonLast edited by Kpmaryland; 11-10-2024, 08:56 PM.

Bottom line is Boots needs to get away from Eddie and Dazn cause they are ruining his career. He was progressing nicely under the careful watch oh Espinoza a d real American boxing people at Showtime. Now he's under inferior euro boxing folks who don't have a clue what they're doing with him

If anything, I think this was Boots toughest fight to date and showed a lot of his flaws and perhaps was an indicator of the level of his next fight.
He executed the 2.0 plan well, except when he started to rely on clinching a little too much. Good angles, check hooks, movement, pressure and evasiveness. It's one recipe to beat Boots for somebody who can execute it with a little more power.
Great effort on Chuk's side.PBR Streetgang BrankoB like this.

The controversy with Richard Steele is unanswered til this day.
Everyone has their own opinion when he fought JCC.
MT had guts. Went toe to toe the whole fight.

So what if Karen won 4 rounds? He still lost in the end, didn’t he?
This is the problem with boxing - expecting a Floyd-like domination in every fight.

Lol well, to be fair Bud fought those names back in 2019-20 respectively, both well known established former WC names I may add, meanwhile, Boots was fighting for a vacant IBO belt back then Lol. Lets be honest here Boots wouldn't have had any chance back then, hell, probably still doesn't.
You know who else is well known and established like Khan and Brook? Barrios and PAC so let’s all get excited when Boots decides to fight either. Amiright?
