Not fair that the referee deducted points from the Ukranian for excessive holding when African Americans do it all the time and itīs part of their style. (boring Floyd Mayweather for example). Referees, being afraid of being alled racists, donpt even give the Afro fighters a warning.

Boots has great offense to a point where a great offense can sometimes be a good defense. However, Boots type of defense is face defense. Boots likes to block punches with his face. Karen couldn't miss last night when fighting Boots. Ortiz was probably licking his chops because now I hear they are trying to match Ortiz with Boots. Spence, Bud and other top fighters would've beaten Boots last night.

What I also saw in Boots was his impatience in the ring when trying for the knockout. He stopped jabbing, started throwing haymakers and got very very sloppy. Top guys would also exploit these weaknesses in Boots. I was not impressed with Boots last night.

The article is not telling the real story of the fight Karen came to win and Was putting hands on boots I gave karen 5 rounds but he exposed boots terrible defense

I'm not sure why Boots is hard on himself and why the media is hard on him. I think it was a great fight and I think Boots put on a very good performance against a very good fighter. Karen beats a lot of people at 147, in my opinion. I really don't like how Eddie Hearn was talking about him, saying it wasn't a good performance and all that. And then to say he's trying to get Boots Vergil Ortiz at 154 next, he shows he doesn't care about Boots. I don't care who you are, you shouldn't move to 154 and take Vergil Ortiz in your 1st fight up there. Hell no... Yes, Boots can learn more. All fighters can, but the skills he posseses are second to none. Who is more skilled than him, who? All Boots has to do is correct his impulse to try too hard for the knockout. With his skill and speed, he could soften guys up with basic boxing without taking any unnecessary punches in the process. And then when he soften the guy up and weaken him, he can turn up at the appropriate time, similar to the strategy that Tank employs, and he would get that knockout everytime he fights. Boots' problem is similar to what Meldrick Taylor's was. He's so gifted and talented enough to where he could avoid taking punches altogether, but he quickly gets bored with boxing because he prefers to fight.

That’s painting a rosy picture. Boots is 28 and hasn’t had a marquee fight in his career. That’s not how legends or greats come up in the game. Comparing him to meldrick Taylor is insulting to meldrick boots comparison is Demetrius Andrade.
