Crawford doesn't want to fight Boots because he doesn't want to get in the kind of shape it would take to beat him and he knows deep down that Boots could beat him. Spence will never fight Boots. It doesn't matter who promotes Boots at this point.
Boots refuses to move up to 154lbs so why would anyone at 154lbs be afraid of Boots, he's a no show?

Boots is 29. If he does not unify the 147 by end of 2025, I’ll start looking at him as the next Andrade.

That said, you did not respond to what I asked about Ortiz fighting Diloume - a guy Boots destroyed 4 years ago.
You are right about Thomas Dulorme but also true is that Serhii Bohachuk levels above anyone Jaron has ever fought

Dulorme is fodder who cares? It was his first fight back in 2 years and he demolished him. Bro I used to be a huge ennis supporter. Now I’m just like whatever. Who cares if he unifies 147? He gonna beat barrios lmao like cool beans too bad Keef Thurman already beat him at 147 and tank(a LW) KHTFO so like..even by unifying that’s like hella weak lol

You are right, 147 is a damn weak division to unify but here’s the thing, every boxer needs belts for leverage and to carve their names into history.
Crawford unified 140 and none of his hardcore fans can name the guys he beat except for Indongo and that’s because that name is not easy to forget.

Ask any of PAC fans to name the guy their idol beat at 135 and I assure they’ll shït their pants before they can give you a name.

So Boots has nothing to leverage or to get into history without belts. Unifying 147 will prolly get him into the Hall of Fame as the 2nd person in history to do so.

Why rush or risk going to 154 and have them champions duck him again?

Rush? He’s 28 and had 0 competitive fights. Duck him? No one at 154 is ducking him there’s too much talent he would get a big fight right away. He’s a chump who’s trying to fight blown up LWs. His daddy talking bout Ryan Garcia fight now lmao. Barrios now garcia? Pathetic. He’ll be calling out tank davis next. It’s truly sad to see this guy go that route. He was supposed to be some kind of bogeyman ROFL. Bread man hyped him up to be some kind of animal but he’s no better of different than Andrade

We don’t need to beat a dead horse so I’ll just say this - Ryan Garcia is never making 140 anymore so he’s not a small guy. If anything, many are calling him a weight bully.
When Floyd was 28, he was fighting at 135 and yet he went all the way to 154. Boots first weight is 147 and no one is expecting him to stay at that weight all his career.
Boots needs to unify 147. It will give him leverage and once he moves to 154, he can contend to being a two division champion. It’s what all great fighters have done including guys like Oscar SRL, Roy Jones etc

Ye. Tito my fave all time fighter but ODLH won that. That said..that’s why you don’t coast for 4/5 rounds of a fight Oscar let up and paid for it. Don king cooking at its finest. Dude was paying off judges left right and center back then. Boots ain’t no tito or ODLH though bro. Look how old they were when they fought. By the time were ennis age they were HOFamers. Boots is a hype job nothing new many like him have come up throughout boxing history he’s literally a nobody and has no path in the next few years to stop being a nobody. What he gonna do unify 147? No one cares. He had a chance last night to shine and put on a boring decision where he lost at least 4 rounds against an unknown eurobum who he already fought before. It’s truly sad. He’s not even Ike quartey level boots is seriously a joke lol
