Fury probably did find Usyk easier to hit than he had feared. Fury had a good fight for the first half of the fight....But... the combined attritional damage of Usyk's fitness and power probably surprised Fury. The damage Usyk was able to eventually bring to bear against Fury was evident for anyone watching. Fury was properly on quear street and did well to avoid getting stopped. Usyk deserved the victory and I would still lean towards Usyk in the rematch, but it is by no means a gimme.

Look at Fraser clark and Wardley how close first fight was. So everyone is clutching at straws what happens in a rematch. Whoever wins rematch is who takes most from first fight. And how can anyone know that until they fight again. We dont know what would happen in Pac v Floyd rematch, or Ali v Foreman, or Lennox v Vitali.

I think Tyson needs to say something to give himself a pep talk before the rematch - it's just that he is doing it in public. Saying things like "Usyk was easy to hit" probably helps him prepare mentally for the fight. He is not going to say - "Gee he had me out on my feet", is he?

If there is anything we know about Tyson Fury is that he is unpredictable, he will say all sorts of rubbish and quite often he will contradict himself over and over again. I must say I never pay too much attention to what he says these days.

Dubois hurt Usyk more - that's why Fury took the fight finally after he saw that

Fury has a good chance but I think Usyk knows what works and what doesn't against Fury now.

Usyk is a super smart guy. He was a small guy in there and yet beat Fury. This time he comes with knowledge of Fury too. I favor Usyk 60/40. But Fury has a great chance.

BUT Fury looked terrible in interviews at AJ/Dubois fight though. Not sure if he is all there. He got beat for the first time. Can he get over that? Some fighters rely too much on ego and when that goes they are in trouble

Choose whatever. He got backed up the whole fight, badly bloodied, saved by the ref, lost by a lot on punches.... all that matters

Fury is great. Like prolly top 10 for sure. But come on, he's been saved by the ref more than once.... yall watch boxing, he was done and the ref saved him. Wilder had him knocked out and he got what? 13 seconds to get up?

Tysons a bad man.... I just think people overlook he's gotten beat up a few times, and want him to be the greatest. He had 6 inches and like 40 pounds on a cruiserweight, and was on the ropes almost the whole fight. watch the fight and disagree
