I frankly thought Fury was pulling away with it before that ninth round. Or maybe the eighth round when Fury’s nose got broken. Either way, Usyk won that fight fairly, but Fury seemed more in that fight to me than a lot of pundits let on.

Tbh fury was starting to get on top in the fight through them middle rounds and Usyk was stunned and getting hit but Usyk does what Usyk does and that's find a way and he rocked fury badly in that 9th and he was lucky not to get stopped and then afterwards Usyk pulled the fight back in his favour. I'm interested in the rematch to see how both approach it. Because fury will look to try and put it on Usyk more were as Usyk will probably not wanna get hit and take the damage he took last time either

So easy he almost KOd Fury. Tyson was rockin & rollin from the combinations. Not to say Tyson can't win but Usyk is no easy mark.

He must’ve thought Usyk was going to put him in the grave. What a relief for him to only get beat up and down the street.

Tyson Fury: successful millionaire, media star, giant, influencer, creative talker, impenitent trash talker, great boxer, unlawful fighter, self-deceiver, family man at least by numbers, beat drug ‘addiction, toxic environment, towering public figure, unrespectful, negative symbol of western decadence! Ough, I probably forgot something

                    Fury also believes:

His loss with Ngannou showed AJ how to win against him. (It didn't.)

The third fight with Chisora was historic as it was a second trilogy, something never to happen in boxing before. (It isn't.)

The mandatory rematch with Wilder (for the third fight) had a time limit on it and he was free to fight AJ. (He couldn't.)

Yeah... Fury is a different kind of human. But he is entertaining. I enjoy the level of crazy he brings to anything he is associated with, even rumors. Just so we are all clear, I believe him as much as I do about any of his other statements of fact. I am sure this rematch will be even easier for Fury if he says so. He should cruise to a UD loss where he barely works up a sweat.

So in other words he expected to get completely destroyed rather than lose a somewhat competitive decision?
