Man i guess i missed the point or my TV was on a dif channel. First Jani should have finished him in round two .......... simple then Miki's corner tells him to "go in with the head only chance you got" so Blondie goes in with some head, gave a lot of head to Jani never was he in the fight, never did he do anything but run in giving the head and shoulders routine.
Now Jani is not a finisher never has been lingers and is still .....maybe bc of all the head who knows. No lateral movement, no side to side let Miki dictate the fight, could have jabbed and move to the right an caught him as he stumbled forward. So in conclusion Jani is not able to finisher, moves backwards as if that is his only move, and is aboring fighter again. Wish that head rush would have landed an gave him a bad cut just to teach him to not let a child play bull in the ring. What a corner " Just give him head " its the only shot you got.....

Janibek is no GGG for sure. He has power but is limited in his movements and selection of shots.

He could've taken out Andrei, in the 2nd, or 3rd round, but chose to admire his work, and cause his opponent more damage than necessary.
Andrei fought his heart out, but the punches that he was getting hit with were definitely damaging his brain cells.
He actually looked like those heroin addicts who almost collapse to the ground, only to straighten up just before they fall out.
I'm not saying that to be cruel, because Andrei displayed an incredible amount of courage, enough fighting courage to have earned a few medal's of honor.
I really think that he'll never be the same again after that terrible beating that he endured against Janibek.
I haven't seen the fight yet. But I wouldn't be surprised if Janibek seemingly carried Mikhail. Team Mikhail was talking a lot of shxt pre-fight.

He should have been able to keep that kid off him easily, jab and some lateral is all. He has no killer instinct in himself. And on top of that he is boring. And how about t" he Bell " what did they not ring the bell in Japanese ? come on guy and then the hits to the back of the head and the ref was like fine hit him in the back of the head and hold that is fine. Whatta joke fight.........next the commentators ?

I understand what you are saying and it certainly looked at times that Janibek was toying with Andrei, but also at other times it looked like he was really trying to hurt him and finish him off. As a general rule, I am not sure that I ever buy an excuse "I could have finished him, but I chose not to". I did not believe Canelo could have finished the young Munguia and I don't really believe that Janibek had enough power to finish young Andrei. I think these are just excuses they tell them selves to justify their performance.

So true. I find in life that, when things don't make sense, the simplest explanations are usually the correct ones. Everything else is a manufactured story, a lie.

I mean he's clearly struggling to make the weight but he's stuck at 160 because he has two belts and even with them he's not getting anyone that decent to fight but if he moves to 168 he's gonna have nothing anybody wants and they'll see him as a who needs him and he'll just be fighting weak calibur of opponents but now with no belts. So not sure what he can do right now unless somebody like Hamza Sheeraz, eubank jr, Lara fights him. There his most lucrative fights at 160 right now
