Right hand that dropped AJ in round 1

Was a huge overhand looping right thrown from a million miles away. How did AJ not block/get out of the way?? Head up in the air with his hands down. Unbelievable

Jeez... I do not want to say the punch was slow, but when Daniel started the shot? I went, got a few snacks, walked the dog, cleaned a few rooms, and came back just in time to see it connect.

Ever since Ruiz jr, Joshua has been so unsure of himself. Going from coach to coach, he's been stiffer than ever, way overthinking. People were fooled when they thought Joshua was "Rebuilt" better than ever under Davison. In reality he had the softest touches (Franklin (coming off a loss to Whyte), Helenius (1st round KO loss to Wilder), Wallin (sparring partner) and MMA guy (0-1 boxing)) leading to a paper title shot at Dubois. Hearn really knows how to sell the bodybuilder to Brit casuals.

he was too chilled in the run up to the fight, which AJ'ers thought meant he was going to be killer relaxed in the ring resulting finally in killer AJ being unleashed on the world (did he ever exist even for a short moment) but it ended up him looking like he was going for a nap in there, which he was

ben was lauded as transforming AJ but he may well have ended up overseeing his poorest performance in the ring, at the end of the day its pretty easy for a guy like AJ who is good to look great v lower level guys like he had in the run up to this fight & were used by AJ'ers as proof he was better than ever but dubois, even tho he has had his issues as well, turned out to be too dangerous for AJ

It's funny how boxers can't defend punches well. In training camps what are they practising?

bingo which is exactly why i predicted a KO win for dubois and Im shocked that Hearns didnt see this coming. also that pre fight poll they showed 83% favoring joshua i also thought was insane but assume it was a lot of casuals.

Dubois is nothing like the guys that Joshua has been facing since Ruiz. None of those guys had a chance to KO joshua. Even when he took the Usyk fight they took it because they believed Usyk was too small and had no chance.

Yeah that was really bad. He's always had flaws but last night was the worst he's ever looked defensively.

It looked like a slow motion shot. Can't believe he couldn't get out of the way

We knew DDDs jab was good, but I think AJ was surprised at just how good.

He was so focused on the jab, that he got out of range of the jab and thought the danger was gone.

Nope. Could say it was poor (which it was), but some credit to DDDs jab too, because it messed up all of AJs plans very quickly.
