or else Turki is just discovering that some fights are very difficult to put together no matter how much money you throw at it. To me it seems there are other factors at play and other agendas that are preventing the obvious fights (that Turki says he wants) from happening. He has already said he made and offer to Canelo to fight Crawford, made an offer to Crawford to fight Ortiz, made and offer to Zapeda to fight Shakur ... yet none of the fights are happening.
