I give credit to DAZN for expanding their business and working with several promoters. History has shown us that exclusive deals PBC/Showtime, Showtime/ Don King, PBC/ Amazon, ESPN/ Top Rank, DAZN/ Matchroom, are not in anyones best interest.

ESPN, like HBO, and Showtime will be out of boxing soon. ESPN didn’t learn from their predecessors mistakes. They have much higher viewership with MMA and for far less of an investment. The exclusive model is a recipe for disaster as Amazon will soon find out.

Any TV or streaming service that gets itself locked in with a exclusive promoter is going to live a short life. At least DAZN smelled the coffee before it was too late.

DAZN can't be compared with others. It probably can be compared with or is the sports equivalent of Netflix. The more content it provides, the more subscribers it attracts. Of course, streaming live sports is far more complicated than Netflix's on-demand contents. Therefore, DAZN can't possibly be locked in with just one promoter. It's not in their best interest. But this is no longer new in this day and age. We can see the same service in various categories such as access to thousands of books with one subscription, for example. The more books they have the better. Their model is based on volume of subscribers.

DAZN is the best boxing platform. That why the Saudis are working with them.

I have no problem with any channel I will watch on whatever channel. However channels like ESPN and dazn get little revenue and ratings in return from boxing. I think they jump ship

That's a serious statement. But based on what?

Exactly how much revenue do either of them generate, and with what investment?

Netflix or Amazon buy everything including low budgeted films made by wannabes using their cell phone cameras. I mean seriously. But they also buy already-finished films which are priced in hundred of millions of dollars, or movies that are meant to be shown on movie theaters.
Bottom line is even if you are small-time promoter you're most likely be welcomed to have business partnership with DAZN. That's their business model. The more contents they provide, the more subscribers they can maintain and attract.

I know what you mean. I've seen them myself. They have click-bait banners, though.
