Wow: Ryan Garcia's physique in the Haney fight vs his physique in the Tank fight

I said he was flabby last night and very filled in, but I forgot he looked this bad vs Tank. It makes sense 136lbs +rehydration clause. I'm not sure if Ryan Garcia would ever beat Tank even at 147 but it would be an interesting match at 147 with no clause. Another part of me is like, if you have to outweigh your opponent by 15-20lbs+ to beat him, that's nothing to cheer for. There's weight classes for a reason, and finding a way to circumvent this by just making weight on the scales and then going up 20-30lbs, that imo, is a form of cheating.

That's why I couldn't care less about Ryan Garcia weighing 143 on the scale and who knows how much on fight night, probably 170+. Because Haney does it too. So we just technically saw two Super Middleweights-Light Heavyweights in the ring last night.

Ryan was walking dead against Tank and STILL did good and was even coming forward until that body shot.

he was the A-side and the draw, yet he caved to Davis's rehydration bs.

How ****** would his team have to be?

He did okay vs Tank. The stoppage wasn’t anything crazy like Santa Cruz or Romero.

Beating a weight drained fighter leaves more questions than answers. There’s a lot of questions now surrounding the Tank fight. Would Tank fight Ryan Garcia at a comfortable weight for Garcia and no rehydration clause? If so, would it be the same outcome or different?

But again, as I said in the lead up to the Tank fight, Garcia agreed to the terms and Tank ain’t a big guy anyway. If you’re a much bigger fighter looking to fight smaller fighters, that’s what you get. That’s what I think about Tank-Garcia. And i’m not going to flip flop on that take.

With Garcia-Haney on the other hand, it was basically two weight bullies fighting each other and Haney got beat up for fighting someone closer to his size. This wasn’t small and slow Prograis in there. Or small Lomachenko (who beat Haney anyway imo), or skinny Linares (who hurt Haney anyway).

It wasn’t his team. His team advised him against those clause. He was the A-side but he was the one calling out Tank.

The agreements were all pushed by Ryan Garcia. Garcia said it himself, that his team was telling him don’t agree to those terms. DLH said it himself as well. That was all Garcia.

I don’t follow what they do outside the ring unless it’s boxing related, and idk which adult film stars have *** with black men.

Tank beat him clean as a whistle, made him quit, all this weight manipulation is a bunch of excuses.

Tank had already won a fake belt at 140, so there was no need for a 136lb catchweight with a hydration clause
