AJ has decent fundamentals and can move a bit (imperative word(s)) he's not got two left feet and practically no ability like Wilder and Whyte or atrocious in general like the rest of Furys opposition since Wlad.

Don't be misled by Fury's last performance against Ngannou. He hadn't trained.

Now he's extending the time (eye injury...) precisely because he needs every extra day to regain the form he hasn't had for a while (I'd say since the third fight with Wilder... maybe even the second).

Will he be able to regain it? I don't know, but he'll definitely try his best, which is considerable.

The only real question mark is whether his body will respond adequately.

This thread content is a grain I'm happy to go against.

Going, in fact with Fury by lopsided decision or late rounds stoppage.

Fury looked like solid gold against erstwhile Derrick Chisora and top ranked Dillian Whyte, both of whom were comming off career best performances against top dozen heavyweights.
To me, that's proof enough that the historic trilogy against the hardest hitter of the 21st century didn't ruin him.

He should follow this up with a career defining win over Joshua, then a rematch against Usyk as the contract stipulates.

Then, the 6'9" (precisely) champ should retire ranked above all of the post Larry Holmes heavyweights, as the best of them; Tyson, Holyfield, Lewis, W. Klitschko, Wilder and Joshua have been seen smashed and beaten on the floor, where Tyson Fury never has been.

I could be wrong, of course, but we shall soon see.

My humble prediction; Fury wins in impressive fashion. He was far more lean at the AN fight than I expected. I think he brings it all, wins every clinch, fights rough, and takes it home.
I am no longer a Fury fan BTW.

He definitely looked slimmer than I've ever seen him which, in my opinion will not bode well against Usyk.

I don't think Fury will ever be able to outbox Usyk (Usyk has over 350 amateur fights) and his best chance at beating him was to rough him up, lean on him, impose his size on Usyk and wear him down.
I don't see how slimming down will help him rough up Usyk other than his stamina will be better.

Why does everyone keep saying Tyson Fury is 6’9”? He’s not 6’9”, he’s 6’6” at most. Every stare down he’s had with other opponents debunks the claim that he’s 6’6”. Look at the stare-down between himself and Ngannou, who is 6’4”, and tell me that Fury is 5 inches taller.
