So, what would that tell you about him pursuing and offering fights to Shane Mosley in the past?

I happened to be watching when Mosley was asked about immediately fighting Mayweather. Mosley is ABSOLUTELY correct in what he says. That he'd had 3 tough fights back-to-back, and I positively recall him saying that he was due a break to be with his family, and I can still see him putting up his hand to his front tooth, wagging it a little and saying that also, "my tooth is loose and I need to get it seen to by a dentist" (paraphrasing).

So, to answer your question, I believe Mosley, and not Mayweather, because I actually saw and heard what Mosley said, and I don't believe Mayweather, because I KNOW personally that he's misstating the facts, and ALSO, I've seen and heard evidence in the past, that he is a person who ALWAYS MAKES DAMNED SURE that whatever fight he goes into, he has a very decided advantage, nearly always in his statements "shading" the truth at the very least[which may often be overlooked by clueless viewers]. He has this facet of his character down pat and it gets smootherwith practice.

However, I spent years in a law office, and I like evidence rather than ill-prepared fan mania.

However we are all entitled to have opinions and beliefs, and I would never deride yours.

So he won't fight Shane because he said he used Roids. This was known way before July 06 when Mayweather said he wanted the fight with Mosley. I'm a Floyd fan because of his skills, but he has an excuse for every damn thing. Shane called him out in front of all the millions of people who ordered his PPV. Honestly I just don't get it
