Who is praising Tank? And Prograis is a much more credible opponent than Ryan Garcia. How many world titles has Ryan Garcia won? How many has Prograis won? Haney went from fighting the unified champ at 135, to Loma, to the champion who had been the longest established fighter in the division in Prograis. So fighting Ryan would actually be a step down for Haney.

Haney beats Garcia, as he did in the amateurs.

cruz might not be a social media diva but he is mexican so that alone will bring in the numbers. tank is not a bum either, so tank vs cruz will do "good" numbers so this fight wont really show you how big of a star tank is.

Seems like this would be a bad move for Ryan. Rolly Romero would generate more money and be a far more winnable fight. Haney beats him 10-2 and the fight wouldn’t create such a buzz.

What’s most impressive are his supporters are praising him as a someone chasing greatness despite him flat out quitting recently. Clearly another money grab for him.
You're the idiot. You attack a guy who wants to take risks, while you have nothing negative to say on a guy like Tank who is supposedly the one in negotiations with Haney. And why are you angry? Isn't taking risks this sport should be all about? There are others, not only Tank, whose fans hyped them to the max, yet their records show nothing of note. I never see you attacking them and won't even make any comment. Why only Ryan?

So Tank vs Garcia gets no praise, while Haney vs Garcia does?

Maybe because this article is specifically about Haney and Garcia and not Tank? Am I supposed to mention every single fighter who isn’t taking a risk or getting undeserving opportunities just because I’m mentioning Ryan in an article about him? Shut your overly sensitive ass up ya fkn Ryan Garcia groupie. Ryan has done nothing to deserve this opportunity. He’s beaten nobody relevant and quit in his 1 meaningful fight. Idiots like you are the reason he’ll continue to capitalize despite accomplishing 0 in the sport thus far. I believe a boxer should earn their opportunities , not TikTok and shyt talk their way into them. Clearly you’re cool with the BS approach Ryan takes.

I was just coming here to say that.

Anyhow, I think this fight will be the very definition of the old adage of boxing trifecta theory.
Tank KO’d Garcia but Garcia will give a good account of himself vs Haney.

Is this true? If so, yuck.
