    I think if JT fixes his stamina issue and go for the kill when the other fighter is hurt, he can do good in this tournament. he exposed Froch by knocking him down twice and he outboxed Froch for the whole fight except for the last 2 rds. I think that Froch is up for a surprise with Dirrell who will outbox him

        JT's soul has been taking long ago, he is done.

            This is true. taylor is more skilled, and is a 10 round fighter, not a 6 round fighter.

              The biggest mistake he ever made was getting rid of Pat Burns.
              Hate to say it but I agree with you.

              We've been hearing Taylor sing this tune since the lead up to the Pavlik rematch.

              "I wasn't ready in my last fight, I didn't train right so I ran out of gas, I changed that this time around..."

              We heard it before the Pavlik rematch, before the Lacy fight, and before the Froch fight. I'm a huge fan of his but I'm tired of hearing it and waiting for him to make up for it in the ring.

              And I've been saying for years that he needs to bring back Pat Burns. He's far too loyal to Nelson, though, and Ozell doesn't get along with Pat.

                I like Taylor but like many people who’ve posted, I’m tired of his excuses. There’s always something with him. It must hurt to know that if he had just stayed on his feet with Froch he would have won that fight.

                  Can't wait;
                  Arthur Abraham: "Got any excuses tonight Taylor"
                  Jim Lampley: and Taylor goess down for the third time in the fight.
                  Emmanuel Steward: He gets caught every time he shoots that looping right hand.
                  Fact: Jermaine Taylor peaked a long time ago and he has been flat lined ever since, the only thing that we can hope for is that he doesn't get knocked out again.

                    I don't think a fighter that's always had stamina issues ever peaked. He was probably not what he was hyped up to be but peaked, no way.

                      Actually he said he was prepared and hired a dietician. I think he trains hard, he just doesn't know how to relax in the ring. If you watch him he looks tense for all 12 rounds
