The upcoming super middleweight bout between WBC champion Carl Froch (25-0, 20 KOs) and Andre Dirrell (18-0, 13 KOs) is only a few weeks away. October 17 in Nottingham, England, a hometown crowd will cheer Froch on as he makes the second defense of his title. [details]

    Scenario A: Dirrell gets KTFO
Scenario B: Dirrell jabs and moves and potshots all night to victory.

I dunno what to pick yet.

          Froch UD

My view is that Carl will struggle early on with Andre Dirrell's style but as the fight wears on will find his range and be able to pull of a close but ananimous decision. The hometown advantage cannot be underestimated either.

Dirrell is gonna beat Froch's ass so impressively that the Andre Dirrell nuthugging and bandwagon jumping in here will reach all time great levels

If Dirrell wins his first big fight and takes the title from Froch's own back yard then fair play to him but IMO, he'll bottle it.

That's exactly what I posted yesterday. Either that or Carl gets a late KO. He will be outboxed early, but ultimately wear Dirrell down.
