I'm not saying Dirrel is the same fighter as Taylor, but I think it will be a similar fight.

Dirrel starts really well, then Froch breaks him down to KO him near the end.

I see Dirrell going down a few times, and then KO'd around the 8th, and i mean hurt. Bad. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

        - even though the fight's in Nottingham. It's really appalling. ITV could get more than 10 million viewers if they screened the fight, but they won't. I don't understand what ITV and the BBC have against boxing - or what Sky has against Froch.

.....which is a mystery. The guy's last two fights were highly entertaining, part of which was the product of his style.

I think it's funny that Froch gets so much credit for "wearing down" Jermain Taylor when in reality Taylor wore himself down and fell apart from a lack of conditioning and too much exertion from repeatedly hitting Froch in the face.

If Jermain Taylor, who has the worst conditioning in boxing, can make it to the final 15 seconds against Froch I am pretty sure that Dirrell, who will be in great shape, will be able to make it the final bell if he doesn't get the KO first.

His Stamina might but his chin won't.

And he has no chance in hell of KO'ing Froch!

Stranger things have happened, but I doubt it'll happen.

The only way Dirrell "stops" him, IMO, is if he manages to open up a nasty cut.

Right. Just like Shane had no chance in hell of stopping Margarito.

Froch has never proven his chin against a big puncher. It is only considered good because he has never been KO'ed by any of his light punching opponents.

He was down against Taylor, the same Taylor who couldn't knock down 154 pounders in his middleweight days.

He can be stopped, and it would'nt surprise me if he was. He is gonna take so many flush shots from Dirrell and so many combinations it's gonna start taking it's toll after 5 rounds when Dirrell has outlanded him 200 to 50.

He was down but not out, he was off balance and not even hurt. I'm not saying it is invinsible but it is certainly solid enough to take punches from Dirrell.

I had every confidence in Sugar stopping Mararito actually, BTW. LOL.

Dirrell will be lucky to still be standing after 5 rounds, if anyone is going to sleep within 5 its Andre.

I hope Froch beats this untested lamb. War Froch.
