After the way the 3 Top rank radio heads commentated, and the disgraceful behaviour Bob arum/loma/klimas showed as sore Losers in defeat. Smearing Haney for winning a close decision in what was a close fight. Why the hell would Haney even consider fighting on a Top Rank promotion again? They set the table for Loma, their long time investment, to win. Then acted like children after Haney eeked it out. They won't give him a decision over their real investment Shakur. The likeliest bet is Haney takes a huge payday from Dazn to fight prograis for his title. Unfortunately, he will get slated for it. Despite Prograis being just as proven and dangerous as the rest.

Lomachenko rematch makes the most sense. Devin has no chance against Shakur.

That ppv is gonna bomb no matter who he fights. Even if hankey decides to fight any one of em

Why would he rematch Loma after admitting in the corner in the late rounds that he had no answer for Loma and after the majority of the boxing world gave Loma the W?

Why fight the younger and more talented Shakur who would be a heavy favorite?

Why move up to 140 where Haney's lack of power to keep guys like Teofimo honest would be exposed and possible risk getting knocked out cold?

Haney most likely takes a tuneup in either weightclass and tells Bob he aint cut out for these "options" just yet.
Haney has a higher chance of winning at 140 lbs than beating Stevenson so he'll most likely go the 140 route.

Then again the Loma rematch will do good, possibly big numbers because of the controversy from the first fight.

I don't see Haney fighting Shakur or Tank, they both beat him decisively.

Haney could become the first boxer to beat Loma twice... Definitely a legacy boost

I think he signs with Hearn, simply because Ryan Garcia is far and away the best risk reward fight for anyone around 135 or 140. Massive ppv and very winnable fight for anyone in the top 5 of either of those divisions. Hearn has the best chance of producing that fight.

Those are 4 great options, for Haney to continue making a name for himself, and building his legacy if he can win those fights
The Lomachenko would be the most lucrative, Stevenson would be a boring chess match, and Taylor might be the most dangerous for him.
That said I would like to see all 4 of those fights, because they are all damn good fighters, and it would be interesting to see how the fights played out.

Very much Doubt haney would like to run it back with Loma, he'll prolly fight winner of Taylor-Lopez instead, now, I Wouldn't mind the shakur fight. Would be another chess match for sure. Got stevenson edging it if it actually takes place.
