No it isn't like I said before. Making false statements won't change that.

    1. Massachusetts

Massachusetts is the most ******* state in the United States. According to a 2018 study performed by Gallup, roughly 35% of Massachusetts voters identify as ********s, which is the highest percentage of any state, and its effects can be seen in its ********ic trifecta. All three of the state’s governing bodies, the Senate, House of Representatives, and Governor’s position, are ********ically controlled. And both the Senate and House of Representatives hold a ********ic supermajority. This makes Massachusetts the number one place in America for voters with more ******* ideologies. 2. Maine

Honestly, I am not at all current with gun laws. I'm pretty sure in some states a gun in plain sight would still not be a crime. I'm fairly certain if you had a gun, even in plain sight in NY, you would probably be going to jail.

I googled up something that makes very clear that my original post was out of date, as I thought it might be.

Before 2012, anyone who was not prohibited from owning a firearm was allowed to keep and carry an unloaded gun in a public place. The “open carry” laws formerly allowed a person to keep a gun in plain sight, as long as the handgun was not brought into a prohibited area such as a school, post office or other government building. However, in 2012 the California legislature approved, which effectively made it illegal to carry both loaded and unloaded handguns in public.

Deontay just pops a cap in a mugger as a mild warning, and tells them to back off.

He only pulls out his right hand in a life-or-death situation because he doesn't wanna seriously hurt them.

Having a gun isn’t the problem in Cali. Having a CONCEALED gun that’s LOADED is.

Walking under the influence can be dangerous but when driving under any influence that can de deadly.
That's true! Alcohol is legal too, but you can't drink and drive. Likewise, you can't smoke weed and drive either. Wilder is lucky they didn't try to pop him for being under the influence. They popped him for the gun because they had to. I'm just glad he was cheerful and cooperative. A brother of his size needs to be friendly with the cops and not present himself as a threat.

If I might reiterate...that was what I thought too but our lawmakers have been busy,

in 2012 the California legislature approved. Penal Code 26350 is the California statute that prohibits a person from openly carrying an exposed and unloaded handgun in a public place or in a vehicle. A violation is charged as a misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in county jail.

The state of Alabama is a no permit required for a concealed or an open carry state. Which is the reason why Deontay Wilder was charged because California is a permit required for a concealed, vehicle and open carry state and he didn't have one.

I get it now. In California you can't carry a concealed firearm and you need a permit to carry one openly. Thanks for the info.
