Weight NOT the reason PBF beat Marquez

After watching the fight 5 times I realized like I did after the first time watching it that the weight difference really wasn't the reason Mayweather dominated Marquez. Yea Mayweather was the bigger man but if Mayweather was SOOOOO much stronger, why didnt he knock Marquez out? This fight was won off technical brilliance, Marquez is praised by many experts, writers, fans and even many posters on this board along with many others across the internet.

No matter what weight this fight was at, no matter what time the fight was at, Mayweather would dominate Marquez every time. After Mayweathers victory all I have heard is that Mayweather was supposed to win because he came in 2 lbs over the weight limit......lol Once again if the weight was such a vital part of Mayweather winning then why didnt he KO Marquez? He out landed him by %50, and really didnt get hit at all.

People need to give Mayweather credit for dominating the former P4P #2 fighter in the world with ease. Marquez was outboxed & dominated technically by Floyd Mayweather.

I agree that ability was the largest factor in this fight but you have to take into account not the size difference between the men on fight night but how putting on the weight affected Marquez's performance. He did look pretty static and his reflexes seemed sluggish. No doubt that can partly be attributed to the man he was in there with but weight was definitely a factor.

Hmmmm IDK...Marquez looked fast on 24/7...he looked good on fight night in the ring. He threw 100 more punches than Mayweather but landed %50 less. That to me shows me he was in shape, strong and fast.

So then weight isn't the reason Pacquiao destroyed DLH then. Good to know.

His handspeed seemed okay, and his power appeared to have carried to some degree on the rare occasions when he actually managed to catch Floyd.

It was his movement and upper-body reflexes that looked impaired to me
