That's like saying Justin Bieber grew up in the middle of the Congo. All he saw was white people in power all over the state. I grew up in DC (when it was very much chocolate city). All I saw was blacks in position of power in every facet of life. There are very wealthy, wealthy, very rich, rich, upper middle class, middle class, working class all around the DC metro area. Yes there are poor blacks mostly concentrated in the southern part of the city. I have been privy to seeing black excellence my entire life and I followed suit. You probably should read the Tweets. Spence said they gave him everything he wanted and if he's lying, he dared Bud to show the contract that Al sent him. Spence was reading everything in the contract and said that Bud brought up that he wasn't getting a guarantee, but Spence wasn't getting a guarantee either, just a higher percentage. And Bud wanted them to do business with some hedge fund, but wouldn't tell him the name of the company or the people that's running it.

Why he won't post the contract that Al sent him like Spence asked him to on Twitter? Spence read word for word what was in the contract and it appears that they were giving Bud everything he asked for.
