    I hate Pac
Yet I'm the one who mentions his opponents name by name

    Is anyone surprised ?

LOL, Floyd would have shut Khan out and probably stopped him late. My word are some of these writers ******. A pure boxer with a stationary head is never competing with Floyd Mayweather, never! 2 fighters and only 2 gave Floyd any problems at all his entire career, Castillo and Madaina, both basically the anti Khans. Both brawlers who could take a punch to get the fight on the inside.

Jesus are people dumb, Khan's hand speed would be no issue at all for Mayweather who beat guys with fast hand speed easily throughout his career.

And then, Pac's owner claimed he needed time to BUILD the perfect stadium for a fight that was never going to happen.

How could May fight all of the legends when Pac was fighting them ?!?!?!

Khan went on to fight inferior guys and only sometimes winning.

May kept his P4P/PPV crown, laughing at the fools nipping at his feet.
Floyd kept all of that by cherrypicking fighters that posed the least amount of risk for the biggest reward. Its not hard to tell. Its no coincidence that every interview Floyd is crying about how little respect he gets for fighting the best guys past their prime. Making the biggest paychecks didn't automatically put Floyd above any of the top tier all time greats. He just had a good gimmick.

A prime Khan in his 20s would've given an old Floyd in his 30s some problems with his fast hand speed in the early rounds. But Floyd would eventually figure him out and make the necessary adjustments to dominate the middle and later rounds, with unanimous decision for Floyd the most likely outcome.

Still, it's a bad look on Floyd for ducking the fight with Khan. It's a fight Floyd almost certainly would've won. It leaves a big "what if" on his otherwise great record (along with a fight between Pac and Floyd in their primes).

The people who say Khan's speed would have troubled Floyd haven't actually watched Floyd's fights, and don't understand basic boxing. Pure boxers like Floyd struggle the most against swarmers, not other pure boxers.

Well the thing that a lot of you don't get is tons of people wanted to see it. Obviously they was tired of Floyd cherrypicking the same slow flat footed short armed come forward fighters. There were certainly enough upsides to Floyd vs Khan financially but apparently Floyd didn't like the risk factor.

Floyd was arguably beaten by Corrales, Oscar and Maidana, so the blueprint was already there. It is a shame Floyd ducked Khan to fight Maidana though.

You’re too emotional when the topic is Mayweather

                  Castillo not Corrales

Who are these supposed fast rangy fighters Floyd didn't fight, besides Khan?

"Safely outpointed handpicked opponents who couldn't beat him on his worst day". "I can't think of a Floyd fight where he was 6 rounds behind and needed a KO to win".

You're basically criticizing Floyd for being too good.
