The Australian national women's football team got beaten by an under-15 local boys club and that too by 7-0. Tennis is a sport where women have done rather well but even then, the William sisters were beaten by a guy ranked outside the top-200. When they played as a mixed team, the women couldn't even pick up the serve made by the men.

As I said, if anyone here thinks women's boxing is relevant, try to put on a card with only female fighters and see how much money it can make. Compared to male boxers, I bet you could get either of Fury, Joshua, or Wilder with one hand tied and put against two female boxers at once and still see the result.

yeah, that's how I feel. I remember during the height of the pandemic and there were hardly any fights going on, it was difficult because of logistics and economy. Some of the only fight cards we had at the time were headlined by females (both TR and Matchroom had some of these). I was just happy there were fights on, I didn't care if it was Mayer or Jonas headlining it...

It’s true. I mean I don’t really mind watching the likes of Shannon Courtenay getting beaten up but in general nobody would miss womens boxing if it wasn’t on any of the cards
