what about when canelo was a fat fk and decided to change the contracted weight? you know what I’m stating is accurate but being the canelo tea bag receiver you are, you’ll gonna try to spin logic to make a point , which you failed to do. Losing your title on the scales and petitioning for a title immediately after it became vacant and not while the real champion had it aren’t even close to reasonable comparisons. Not to mention that now that Benavidez is the obvious best choice for canelo from a challenge and financial perspective yet here we are accepting reynosos faulty logic only proves that they blatantly don’t want the fight.

While Benavidez is waiting around for the Canelo sweepstakes, maybe he could fight some dangerous opponents. Go up to 175 and win a title. He can barely make 168 as it is. So many fighters waiting around for Canelo to pick them.....all standing around doing nothing.

Benavidez needs to fight either Saunders, Plant or Smith in a spectacular fashion then maybe he'll get a chance to fight Alvarez but I don't think it will happen. High risk fight for Alvarez and he has nothing to gain for fighting Benavidez. Alvarez might retire if he wins the CW.
