You don't have to be a doctor to see the symptoms. We will know more as Spence's future unfolds, but it's not looking that great for him.

He doesn't seem to understand simple concepts of a man's health. I think if he sees a man having a stroke. Rodtang will assume he's not dying lol

He wears those shades for a reason now. You can't tell where he's looking anymore. Doubt he gets back in the ring. I recall them mentioning him for Tank at one point and I'm happy for him that didn't happen.

Manny makes Spence, PBC, and all of CBS start acting out of character. Even at 42 years he still keeps opponents unsteady...

Just ask Keith Thurman, Adrien Broner, Matthyse, Vargas, etc.

No matter how you spin it, it's basically a career ender. Injuries like this mentally diminish your confidence in your body to handle the punishment and it's never strong as before.

It's basically a ticking time bomb.

Spence will try and get his last couple of paychecks then retire.

I thought he'd move to 154 after Pacquiao but that is out of the window now.

However, there should have also been a feeling of relief, as the injury being discovered ahead of time may have preserved the career of one of the sport's brightest stars.

During a pre-fight medical examination, doctors with the Nevada State Athletic Commission discovered the tear and recommended emergency surgery. Spence flew home to Dallas and had surgery two days later.
Do all fights have pre-fight medical examination?

Let’s cut the excuses fanboys. Spence Jr will be back and better than ever. Just like he said. So when he loses, I don’t want to hear excuses about the eye or the accident. The better man will have beaten him.
