    hopkins turned pro at 175.

he beat antonio tarver a natural 175 guy. that was a good win.

lost to joe calzaghe. NOT a 175 guy.

beat winky right at a catchweight in the light heavyweight division.

beat kelly pavlik also at a catchweight at light heavyweight.

in his last 4 fights in the light heavyweight division , he beat ONE light heavyweight.

he fought a super middleweight fighting for the first time at light heavy , a middleweight and a super welterweight.

viva bernard hopkins! he is legend!

RJJ beat an old version of Tito................................
RJJ got KTFO by BHOP's bitches tarver and johnson................
RJJ defeated the most respected heavyweight of this era in John Ruiz
BHOP v.s. Joe was close..........RJJ v.s. JC was a nightmare
RJJ was more entertaining...............BHOP was "scientific"....lol

so i guess we only judge fighters by the last 5 years now?

if that's the case hatton > duran

duran hasn't done anything in 5 years.

maybe roy should have stayed at 160 and fought welterweights.

maybe roy wouldn't have gotten koed.

        thats what nard did...

            people age differently.

bernard in his late 30's was still competent while roy in his late 30's was shot.

            don't you understand that?

who the hell did hopkins beat before tito in 2001?

holmes? a guy who couldn't win a nabf belt at 154 , so he moved up to 160 and became a long reigning title holder in one of the worst eras ever at 160.

that's hopkins' career. he was the best 160 guy in the worst era of the division and beat a couple big name welterweights.

            that's it.

you obviously didn't follow roy's career in his prime.

                roy is SHOT.

get that through your head. okay?

comparing how a past prime hopkins did against calzaghe with how a shot roy jones did against calzaghe is just plain ******.

ezzard charles did better against rocky marciano than joe louis. does that mean ezzard charles was better than joe louis?
