i doubt they would "dominate" i just dont see it. neither of them have beaten anyone to prove if they would or not. i dont see either of them beating ali or foreman...especially foreman. foreman proved how good he was when he came back to the sport at the age he was and did what he did...he beat a prime shannon briggs and got robbed of the victory. even thoguh briggs was nothing special but just goes to show you how good the 70's fighters were. foreman's style would be way to much for wladimir. he wouldnt be able to deal with foreman's power and ability to cut off the ring and he probably would of been knocked out brutally inside three rounds by foreman. i would put money on that. ali would of schooled both of them, especially vitali. ali would of just been to fast for him with his handspeed and footwork. i see foreman destroying wladimir inside 3 rounds. and foreman TKO'ing vitali in 10 rounds. and ali schooling them both to win a UD. also there were 15 rounds in the 70's unlike the 12 rounds today, so you also have to take that into consideration.

Klitschkos would be just as dominating in the 60s and 70s

With their size, skill and power there would be very few who could match them really. They would crush Foreman and Ali and Frazier. The first two have lost to lesser fighters than the Klitschkos and Frazier was simply too short to cope with them, as he was too short to cope with Foreman.
Foreman got battered and knocked down twice by RON LYLE. Imagine what Wlad would do to him.
