Yeah, most of us have read this report when it first came out. But i also read a report that even though Manny agreed to fight Cotto at 145lbs, they haven't really finalized the entire deal in terms of the belt being on the line. I don't think it was a done deal, they only agreed to the catch weight and Arum prematurely announced that the deal was done. So in other words no deal is finalized until it is signed and approved by both fighters.

So its safe to say that since the contract is not signed the agreement to fight at the catch weight of 145 is not valid either.
