Pavlik vs Green Considered if Williams Deal Falls

HBO wanted Pavlik Abraham bad...

Did they make an offer of money like they are doing with a potential fight between Pavlik and Williams? If they did, I don't know about it.

Look, Whatever you say about Pavlik being inactive or ducking people I will agree with. He should have fought AA or even someone better like Kessler (assuming that Kessler would fight at 160) but don't give me the bull that Pavlik doesn't have power. He can't box, he gets whacked by every left hook thrown his way, but he IS middleweight champion. He can do something right. PUNCH. Every fight of his at 160 I have ever watched his right hand has changed the fight the first time he has landed it. The weird thing about him is he never fought a stiff seeking the title but thats all he's ever fought in defense of it. Another thing, Hopkins isn't exactly a stiff. Just because the dude got beaten by Hopkins(like about 40 middleweights before him) doesn't mean he can't fight.
