Co-sign, Fight Mosley for 50-50 like last time, for half the money he would make compared to the the money he would get even froma 70-30 split in the Pacquiao fight.

The contract was developed by Top Rank Promotion and presented it to Cotto. As we already know, Cotto have lawyers who can interpret the contract and made sure that Cotto understood all the details of the fight. The detailed contract was signed and approved by Cotto which entails that he agrees with the catch weight and 65% - 35% purse split. So, let's get it on!!!

That's what I been trying to tell Pacquiao fans..Cotto has a list of fights he can go for..

the biggest being Pacquiao..but Mosley isn't too far behind..then he has Margarito, Berto, or maybe even a Clottey rematch since the first one was a SD which was Cotto's first SD victory and it was so close!..

Pacquiao only has..Mayweather, JMM, and Mosley besides Cotto..and Mayweather and JMM are busy with each other..and Pac doesn't show any interest in fighting Mosley..so who's left??..

and I believe Cotto takes a bigger cut in their 2nd fight..60-40 or 55-45..Mosley's on the decline..and his drawing power is obviously pretty low..so Cotto will fill more seats and draw more PPV buys..

Mosley would never accept less than 50-50. Their first fight was almost scrapped because Mosley wanted more money than Cotto, and he was the challenger then. With his KO spree over Mayorga, and his huge win over Margarito 50-50 is the least I could see him accepting. Also Cotto may fill more seats, but Mosley has a better PPV record since most boxing PPVs are bought in the west coast.

Manny will put a beating on cotto regardless he needs to put on xtra 20, 30lb or not. only concern is how he react to cotto power, hey, cotto is strong fighter & fighting Pacman he might step in ring at 165 depending who he fight.
it all depend how Pacquiao could set-up his attack, Zab is able land str8 right all the time but lack of mental toughness & not a great finisher. paquiao is a great finisher he will not hesitate. sounds crazy but sometime crazy things could turn into a issue that we discuss every day, if pacman want it badly he could put a beating on cotto

sure Cotto wanted some money which is why he said 145 rather than 147
I never heard of a elite fighter who sacrifice to train hard without getting compensate ??? that's pretty ******ed!
you forget to mention 145 was suggest it by his nutrionist, so they got what they wanted. Now that ricky hatton is consider as hype job or a piece of ****
on nov 14 it add another piece fo **** or a hype job on Pac resume by the name MIGUEL COTTO!
First of all you're not really worth my time but your response is so bad I couldn't help myself. Zab is a southpaw and you just stated he could land a straight right all the time, there are two things wrong with that statement. The first a straight right for a southpaw is called a jab, and secondly Cotto was never hurt by a "straight jab" from Zab, it was his left uppercut and counter left hook/straight left. As for size not being a difference I really didn't even want to reply but Marg didn't put a "hurting" on Cotto until the 7th round and on, if it wasn't for Margs insanely strong chin he'd been KO'd had he been anyone else. Paq has been rocked at 130 by JMM with a left hook, JMM is a right handed hitter. Paqs chin isn't THAT good, its definitely nowhere near Margarito's and Paqs never even been touched with power as good as Cotto's. You're hero isn't as strong as a BIG WW, get a grip on reality man.

I have no clue what your last paragraph said, but you made it seem like that is a bad thing, that Cotto got what he wanted. Obviously you misunderstood my entire post in that Cotto cares more about the fight, than the money. He just wants a shot at Cotto and is putting his belt on the line in the process. The belt is for the WW division which is at 147, not 145. So if the time comes Paq is going to get to choose the weight at which to defend said title? That's worse than Mayweathers ass, at least he admits that he won't fight someone, Paq will as long as he gets to choose the wieght. I mean Jesus, the WW title is going to be defended at 140 if Paqs wants are you serious? Paqs been getting fed with a sliver spoon since the Diaz fight, its going to catch up with him and this fight is looking like its time.[/QUOTE]

First of all, a WW fight is between 141 to 147, which is a WW range, fighters can choose to come in at ANY weight provided it is between 141-147 Yes belt will be at stake,You make it sound like a murder or something. pacquiao will be 148 or 149 not above 150, Cotto will step as big as he could 165, he put xtra 20 pounds when he fough Corley, so cotto come in at 160/63 even 166, he got all the advantages as possible, so what's whinning for? oviously 140 is big part of your imagination.

if Paqs been getting fed with a silver spoon since the Diaz fight, then cotto been fed with a silver since 2001 up 2007. his biggest win was mosley a close decision.
time will catch up on pacman not til he dispose of cotto & gaywaether

Also Mosley is an OG, and has payed his dues. The last time he made over 10 percent less than an opponent was ODH.
