If you think that Valuev can beat Sam Peter then Valuev can beat Ali, who was the Sam Peter of the 70ies. Just was Ali vs Norton III. If you think that slow+featherfist Ali (= the Ali of the 70ies) will KO Valuev then you are mistaken. Ali also couldn't do his favorite head-down-pushing (since Valuev is too big). So we have to give Valuev the edge over Ali. The Ali of the 60ies wouldn't be allowed in the ring with Valuev, since Ali was a cruiser in the 60ies.
    Aaay

What does Sam Peter have to do with Valuev.

Okay Muhammad Ali loses to Valuev.

90% of your posts are filled with meaningless numbers. (= 308.7 posts are BS)
If it all came down to numbers, then what is the point of fighting in the first place, the bigger fighter automatically wins. Just don't tell Pacquiao or he may retire.

95% of your posts seem to negate the fact that skill is more important than size. (= 325.85 posts are BS)

1% of your posts people actually agree with (= 3.43 posts some other dumbass doesn't think is BS but actually is)

100% of your posts are just to piss people off (= 343 posts of pure wasted time)

Should we expect anything else from someone whose nick is "AliShuffle". How could someone with the nick "AliShuffle" actually UNDERSTAND that the 70ies were mainly hype?

What you call "meaningless numbers" are Ali's FACTUAL ACHIEVEMENTs in the ring. Without the hype.

Again, a non-heavyweight example. Exactly how I mentioned above.

Skill is more important than size. But you have to be twice as skilled as your opponent if you are smaller. Size+Weight gives you already a 3:1 advantage. Thus Tyson fared well against smaller (6'3'' and smaller) or bummy opponents, but failed against taller non-bums.

Already prepare yourself that the opinion which I present in my posts (= record-based facts) will be the dominant opinion in a few years. You cannot really argue against facts. So far Ali-fans get owned nearly every time when I catch them spinning, lying and fabulating.

And I further note that you, too, did not post anything that could be considered a counter fact. Instead you resort to personal attacks.

However, your avatar (I guess your wife or so) looks nice. I also liked the funny undertone in your post.

HAHA Ali's ACTUAL peformance in the ring. Hmm.

What about the Klit's actual performances.

Like getting KOed multiple times against **** fighters.

Quitting against Chris Bryd and being stopped by a soon to be retired Lennox Lewis.

Those are actual performances. Or did you miss those ones?

Tell me this, when was Ali knocked out by mediocre heavyweights like Corrie Sanders, Lamon Brewster, and Ross Purrity. I'll sit here and wait for your answer. But likely you won't give it to me. It's more likely you'll either completely dodge the question or spit out some irrelevant statistic.

Actually I'm kind of interested in your irrelevant statistics. They make me laugh.

If your so much about statistics I think you can appreciate that boxrec, the statistical bible that you have marked as your home page has Ali ranked as the #1 heavyweight of all time by a mile.

Isn't there a math forum you should be posting on?

You're right, bigger heavyweights beat smaller heavyweights. I was just thinking about it, and i am roughly 200lbs, and my English Mastiff is roughly 230lbs. Neither of us has had a professional fight, which gives us equal experience, so without actually boxing, using your equations I know that I have no chance of beating my dog in a boxing match?

Well hell, I know a 6' 300 lb girls, so with your math, if they fought Tyson, they would they would already have a 3:1 advantage?

And why should this only matter to heavyweights? Once you hit 200+ pounds your skill diminishes to the point that fights come down to size and weight? That doesn't make sense.

And for the record, Liston is recorded as having an 84" reach and we know from your stats that he was an actual heavyweight (=200+ lbs), Valuev is listed with an 85" reach.

Liston also had a great jab, which is really all Valuev could hope to possess, although it isn't much. Liston also had a hard right which Valuev doesn't. Liston also had great movement and way more ring intelligence. Any pro 7' tall fighter should have no problem keeping a 6'3" 46 year old fighter away with his jab and score an easy KO. Which he couldn't.

And Ali had no problem getting to Liston. And don't say that Liston was past his prime, according to you, a fighter cannot be past his prime that's just an excuse. Ali was not only able to beat a fully capable Liston, but was able to embarrass him. Even when Ali was blind, Liston couldn't get to him. How the hell would Valuev be able to do it? I don't think that 1 extra inch of reach would make much of a difference in the fight.

Also, you forget to realize that size is also a hiderance. Being bigger is not always better. Just look at the military. They are looking for lean, mean, fighting machines, and these are the guys fighting for their lives and country. If being bigger was better, then they would be looking for basketball players and football players. But I digress, the reason they want lean mean fighting machines is that all the extra weight, and size slows them down, wears them out quicker, and becomes a handicap.

Knn talks about factual achievements yet firmly believes that George Foreman was drugged purely based on rumors.

Tells you exactly what his agenda is. Tear down old fighters even if it means bending the truth, in an effort to promote the K brothers.

Listen, you don't need to tear down fighters from other generations to be a fan of the K brothers. Just be a fan and accept them for what they are today. Quit your silly agenda and just be a boxing fan, if that's what you are.

Comparing Sam Peter to Muhammad Ali kills your credibility. The Ali who fought Berbick was probably faster than a prime Sam Peter.

You try your best to pass off prime Ali as a cruiserweight despite him weighing over 210 lbs because you know he looked better on film than any fighter today.
