Not if you don't get caught doing it, right?

You can walk into a police station right after that, tell them you ran a stop sign, and you still won't get a ticket. No proof, no punishment.

I also think that Mosley has paid his price in the court of Public Opinion and deserves another chance. All athletes from all sports strive for the one up. Some try legal methods, some try questionable methods and some try to break the rules period. In their world, there is a lot of pressure placed upon them to perform, that pressure can make them make decisions that are not favorable.

I just think he deserves some slack. He will always have that asterisk next to his name, we should at least give him a chance to make amends.
Here is the thing Dean, I am not an complete *******. But you know like I know Mosley has not went through
the court of Public Opinion like he should have or Margarito has...and you know it...

My feet are set in stone on my belief that until Shane Mosley receive some kind of punishment for his cheating he should not IMO given any slack.
and I bet Margarito will never get another big fight again, but Mosley on the other hand is quite possibly about to fight the p4p#1 fighter in the sport...

What kind of message does that send to the fans and to other fighters about cheating...

      Is the message.
      • You can cheat as long as you are a nice guy?
      • You can cheat as long as you dont get caught on fight night?
      • You can cheat as long as you admitt it after the fact?
      • You can cheat and still be considered a great fighter, and can be considered greater then some fighters who didnt cheat...?

This is bull**** and you know it...
The man was never punish for his action...never.
and the fans havent treated him like a steroid user...they overlook it because Shane Mosely is a nice guy...

and then they say ****, like he deserves an oppurntunity over fighters who never cheated...???

      WTF???

I guess when Margarito gets off suspension it should be no problem for him to get big fights ahead of fighters like clottey, berto, and Williams because Margarito deserve's it ....

      People Call
      Mosley a warrior why?
      People Call
      Mosley a true fighter why?
The man cheated for who knows how long ...

Mosley should never again be put in the same sentence as the great fighters in boxing who didnt cheat to achieve what they achieve in the sport of boxing.

and until he is punish he can never get credit from me...

They have documents of dates, the question isnt whether Shane took drugs, he has already admitted to that, so youre arguing against something that doesnt matter. The only question left in their case is that Shane says he didnt know they were drugs so its not a matter of proof whether he did or not, its a question of intent.

What is your point in arguing for Shane...?
          what is your underlying point?
what do you think shane deserves?

He has no point, he just likes to argue and debate with fans of fighters he doesnt like.

And he's already passed a lie detector test.

According to the Sports Illustrated report, provided by Luis Llosa and L. Jon Wertheim, evidence seized during the BALCO raid provided proof that blood work done on Mosely had established that his hematocrit level – a test that measures red blood cells – was 44. After Mosley allegedly began his doping regime his tests levels reached 52.2 which is abnormally high. According to the Sports Illustrated report Mosley’s last dose of EPO was given on September 8th which was five days before the scheduled bout with De La Hoya.

He passed over intent not whether he did it or not, what about that dont you understand. Its not a question of whether he did it or not, he did and HE said HE did.

Correct, what that does is increase the amount of red blood cells which carry oxygen. Shane admitted he went to them saying he wanted something to keep his endurance because he had been getting tired late in fights.
