He wouldnt be banned, they didnt ban Roy Jones or James Toney. They know now he used and could give punishment but nobody cares about boxing to that extent where its pushed upon them to do something. He made millions off of that second Oscar fight in which he cheated, no different than Bernie Madoff if you ask me, people paid their hard earned money not to watch a cheater perform.

My feet are set in stone on my belief that until Shane Mosley receive some kind of punishment for his cheating he should not IMO given any slack.

At least Mosley did what he did with a guy in his own weight class. Yeah, go ahead and say that Mosley lost the second fight with De La Hoya. But at least he did some damage with the punches he landed unlike Floyd did with his powder puff punching ***** ass. Another form of cheating is constantly picking on tailor made opponents and not giving the boxing fans the fights they want. After Mosley whips Floyd's WBC cousin in Berto, it's too bad that he'll have to give up that same belt for not fighting a guy he already beat in Collazo.

You can bring Paul Williams (Who I'm a fan of) in the equation. Floyd's name was mentioned in the post fight interview of Paul's victory over Margarito. And Floyd said he didn't even know who Williams was on Leon's web site. At least Mosley is an honest guy and admits that it's a hard fight. I admit Mosley probably hasn't been perfect, but you still didn't take into account the points I made about Mayweather when it came to coming in as a Middleweight against a smaller fighter. If he would've KOd JMM, that would've made the incident look worse. So I guess I need to take back what I said about Floyd being a ***** for going the distance with a smaller guy. But he still cheated by blowing up to 160 against a 37-year old Featherweight. You don't think that manipulating the weight system is dangerous? Like I said, look at Gatti-Gamache. Floyd did the same thing, but in a more slick way to make it look like it was part of the contract. He did it with Oscar De La Hoya's and Richard Schaeffer's help too. These are the same guys that have screwed Mosley out of his fight with Floyd by shoving Hatton down our throats and turning JMM into a sacrificial lamb.
